By participating in the project, the organization “tested” potential future employee and it can also commit to further cooperation (which is not required). Last but not least, the company will receive a partial reimbursement of wages mentor, which is based on the average wage by fields in various regions.
Support staff training – to 31. 8. 2015
The project enables selected companies to obtain financial contributions to training or retraining of its employees. Supported educational activities are focused on the acquisition, improvement, expansion, deepening, renewing or maintaining qualifications.
OPVK focuses on the development of human resources through education in all its various forms, with an emphasis on a comprehensive system of lifelong learning, creating a suitable environment for research, development and innovation activities and stimulating cooperation between participating entities.

Project Educate for growth in the Zlín Region II is implemented by the Labour Office – regional branch in Zlin and is funded by the European Social Fund through the Operational Programme Human Resources and Employment and the state budget of the Czech Republic. It builds on previous regional individual project “Educate for growth in the Zlín Region”, from which it differs mainly supported by advanced sectors, a maximum duration of five months training course and to provide documentation within the annexes to the application, a record of a market survey conducted to the estimated value of educational activities.
The total financial support for the project amounts to 43,300,000, – CZK and educational activities must be completed by 31 3.2015.
The project aims to increase the level of expertise and skills of selected employees, improve the regional labor market and improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.
