The impetus for the processing of this project is the need for continuous improvement of professional knowledge and skills of social services, which is tied to the specific needs of the users of these organizations.

The translatur and herewith the coordinator of project is educational and conselling institution PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd.  Where specialized team works in social field for many years. The PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd.is accredited by MPSV CR for further education by law no.108/206 about social services for realizing educational programs with national force ( no. 2011/0633-I ).
The project participant are ether PROFIME EFFECTIVE employees profiled in social area or employees of institutions chat providing social care and counselling for elderly and person suffering from demetia, too.

Specifically, the project involves the following organizations: Centre for Social Services Tišnov, Czech Red Cross Brno home for the elderly Jevisovice, Lumina os, Social Services of Bojkovice, Social Services of Karvina, Zdislava Veseli ops, Božice Retirement Home, Our World Pržno, Social Services Šternberk, Little, home for people with disabilities, after

A target group what the project is focusing on is forming by directors, leader sof social institution and employees of PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd. for social area. They are responsible to counselling, realizing and preparing for educational courses in social sphere.

The main point of project os innovation approach transmition in the international composition, experience changing, vocational and practical skills escalation. Another aim is rating the motivation to special and languge education.

Through week internship in partner organizations in Germany, the Netherlands and the Slovak participants can compare the work of colleagues in the same field abroad, learn about their methods of working with clients and employees, and to compare the system and management of social services.

Replacing the theoretical and practical experience with colleagues from abroad, the opportunity to compare the level of expertise in working with clients and, ultimately, improving language skills – all this is a great asset for professional and personal development of participants and organizations in which they work.

The project is very important for the participants and its implementation is a big motivation for them to develop the quality of care provided. Employees of social services need to be able to get acquainted with new views, opinions and approaches to their work, so that they could be inspired to create your own path in providing quality services, which ultimately will contribute mainly to the satisfaction of their clients.

„The International Transfer of Good Practice in Social Service II“

This project is continuation of the project „The International Transfer of Good Practice in Social Service“. The project „The International Transfer of Good Practice in Social Service“ was very successful and this project was very positively assessed by participants. The current project focusses specifically on an issue of the care of the elderly. The elderly care is very current theme because of demographic  trends (Population Aging).

The translatur and herewith the coordinator of project is educational and conselling institution PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd.  Where specialized team works in social field for many years. The PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd.is accredited by MPSV CR for further education by law no.108/206 about social services for realizing educational programs with national force ( no. 2011/0633-I ).

The project participant are ether PROFIME EFFECTIVE employees profiled in social area or employees of institutions chat providing social care and counselling for elderly and person suffering from demetia, too.

By means of weekly intership in partners institution in Germany, Austria, Holland, Slovak participants could Compare different access in the same area in abroad, get to know new methods and Compare social systems. Changing theoretical and practical experiences with colleagues in abroad and last not least improving language skills- that all is a big contribution for connecting institutions.

The project is very necessery for participants and its realization is a big motivation for development in qualitee of providing care. The employees of social institutions need to have a possibility to meet new aspects, opinions and approaches to work, especially for making thein own way for providing social services chat eventualy minister to customers satisfaction.

This project is continuation of the project „The international Transfer of Good Practice in Social Service“ and „The International Transfer of Good Practice in Social Service II“. These project were very successful and very positively assessed by participants. The current project focuses speciafically on the issue of care for the disabled.

The submitter and herewith the coordinator of project is educational and couselling institution PROFIMA EFFECTIVE,  Ltd. – where specialized team work in social field for many years. The PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd. Is accredited by MPSV CR for further education by law no.108/2006 of social services for relaizing educational programs with national force (no.2011/0633-I).

The project participant are either PROFIMA EFFECTIVE employees profiled in social area of employees of institutions that are providing social care and counselling for the disabled (in total 24 persons).

 

Speciafically it´s these organizations:

Sociální služby Uherské Hradiště, příspěvková organizace; Sociální služby Vsetín, příspěvková organizace; Sociální služby Pačlavice, příspěvková organizace; Centrum sociální pomoci Třinec, příspěvková organizace; DOTYK II, o.p.s.; Naděje o.s. – pobočka Zlín; JITRO Olomouc, o.p.s.; Domov důchodců Štíty, příspěvková organizace; Sociální služby Šternberk, příspěvková organizace.

The project´s target group is directors and managers of facilities caring for the disabled and employees of PROFIMA EFFECTIVE, Ltd. For social area. They are responsible to counselling, realizing and preparing for educaation courses in social sphere.

The main point of project is innovation approach transmitting in the international composition, experience Exchange, vocational and practical skills escalation. Another aim is motivating the participants to further special and language education.

It means of weekly internship in partners isntitution in Ireland and Italy, participants could compare different access in the same area in abroad, get to know new methods and compare social systems.

The host organizations provide their clients a considerable number of social services, which are often quite different from established services in the Czech Republic (and often at a higher level than practice in the Czech Republic). Participants can gain new insights, ideas and approaches to their work and apply examples of good practice from abroad in terms of the current legislation in the Czech Republic.Inspiration from abroad can help to participants find their own way in the development of their organizations and provide quility services, which ultimately will contribute in particular to the satisfaction of their clients – people with disabilities.

The centram theme of the project is the education of people with disabilities, leading to their greater independence, to increase theri self- confidence and facilitate integration integration into society and labour market. Working with people with disabilities in terms of developing their skills to the labour market is an emerging trend that will have social service providers in the Czech Republic to follow, and the project aims among other things to help them prepare for it.

Changing theoretical and practical experiences with colleagues in abroad and last not least improving language skills – that al lis a big contibution for connecting institutions.
